A delegation of the People’s Committee, People’s Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee in Ho Chi Minh City led by Secretary of the HCMC Party Le Thanh Hai paid respects at Hung Kings Monument in National History Culture Park, HCMC on January 26.
Secretary of HCMC People’s Committee Le Thanh Hai led the delegation offering Tet cakes.
The delegation also paid respect and gave offerings at the Ho Chi Minh Museum and Ton Duc Thang Museum in HCMC the same day.
City leaders laid wreaths and burned incense at HCMC Martyrs Cemetery and Lac Canh Martyrs Cemetery during a solemn ceremony.
Deputy Standing Secretary of Party Committee Nguyen Van Dua and other city delegation visited and offered incense at Ben Duoc Martyrs Memorial and Martyrs Cemetery in Cu Chi District.
