As per the Ministry's guideline, city and provincial departments of education and training must publicize the hot lines and email addresses so that people can send their complaints of educational activities.
To receive opinion from people and enhance social supervision as well as to curb wrongdoings in the education sector, the Ministry proposed setting up hot lines and email accounts. Local governments must assign staffs to receive opinions of parents, students as per regulations.
