Particularly, a 2.5 magnitude tremor was located at 22.723 degrees north latitude and 106.529 degrees east longitude with its epicenter at around 8.2 kilometers deep underground.
This is the fourth consecutive quake hitting the locality in the recent two days.
In order to actively deal with and minimize damages of the following quakes, the Central Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control required relevant ministries, provincial and municipal steering committees for natural disaster prevention and control to check and evaluate the impact level of the quakes to construction projects, especially reservoirs, buildings and landslide-prone regions.
