FLC Group JSC (FLC) announced that it will cancel listing of its 77.18 million shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange from July 30 to switch to list on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange. FLC had been listing on HNX since October 2011. The company currently operates in real estate sector with a charter capital of VND771.8 billion. In the first quarter of this year, the company reached revenue of VND222.1 billion and post-tax profit of VND1.2 billion.

Intimex-Hoa Cam Concrete JSC (HCC) announced that in the second quarter of this year, the company’s revenue was at VND36.11 billion and post-tax profit at VND820 million, a decrease of 34.5 percent and 75.2 percent respectively year-on-year as demand slumped, and price lowered while overalls were unchanged. Six-month accumulated revenue touched VND68 billion and six-month accumulated post-tax profit was at VND874 million, down 28.4 percent and 82.6 percent respectively compared to the same period last year.

Bibica Corporation (BBC) announced that it will close the list of its shareholders on August 9 to pay dividends for the first term of 2012 in cash at a ratio of 12 percent on August 23. In 2011, the company’s dividend payout ratio was at 11 percent. In the first quarter of this year, the company saw revenue of VND218.4 billion and post-tax profit of VND4.4 billion.

PetroVietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company (PGS) announced that in the second quarter of this year its revenue exceeded VND1.54 trillion and post-tax profit reached VND61.7 billion, up 0.3 percent and 76.3 percent compared to the same period last year. In the first half of this year, the company posted net profit of VND127.8 billion, up 58.8 percent year-on-year, achieving 70.6 percent of this year’s plan.

PetroVietnam Gas Corporation (GAS) announced that it will close the list of its shareholders on August 15 to pay dividends for the first term of this year in cash at a ratio of 10 percent on September 9. The company’s six-month-accumulated revenue hit VND29.23 trillion and six-month-accumulated post-tax profit exceeded VND6.02 trillion, accounting for 52.4 percent and 80.6 percent of this year’s plan respectively.
