Cotec Anpha Construction Technology JSC, whose chairman is Nguyen The Thanh, vice chairman of Cotec Investment and Land-House Development (CLG), bought 780 shares out of 500,000 shares registered to buy from July 23 to August 23 due to unexpected share prices, raising holdings to 102,070 shares from 101,290 shares, or 1.0129 percent stake.

Le Thi Diu Minh, daughter of Le Van Quang, chairman cum CEO of Minh Phu Seafood Corporation (MPC), sold 3,445,000 shares as registered from September 7 to 10 for personal financial need, cutting her holdings to 3,155,000 shares, or 4.5 percent stake.

Mirae Fiber Tech Co., Ltd, whose legal representative is Shin Young Sik, chairman of Mirae Joint Stock Company (KMR), registered to buy 284,533 shares from September 14 to 24 to raise ownership to 5,000,008 shares or 14.54 percent stake in the firm, from 4,715,475 shares or 13.71 percent stake currently.

Bui Dinh Qui, BOD member of Hanoi Maritime Holding Company (MHC), bought 15,990 shares out of 1 million shares registered to buy on August 8, raising his holdings in the firm to 1,906,260 shares or 14.063 percent stake from 1,890,270 units or 13.945 percent stake earlier. From September 14 to October 14, he registered to buy 500,000 shares.

ACB Growth Investment Fund (ASIAGF) reported that its net asset value climbed 0.21 percent to VND11,708 per unit on September 6 from VND11,683 per unit on August 30.

Prudential Balanced Fund (PRUBF1) reported that its net asset value decreased 0.7 percent to VND9,030 per unit on September 6 from VND9,094 per unit on August 30.

Vietnam Blue-chip Fund (VFMVF4) reported that its net asset value decreased 0.7 percent to VND6,309 per unit on September 6 from VND6,354 per unit on August 30.

Vietnam Active Fund (VFMVFA) reported that its net asset value fell 0.14 percent to VND6,911 per unit on September 6 from VND6,921 per unit on August 30.

Nguyen Thi Nguyet Khanh, sister of Nguyen Duc Luan, BOS member of Mien Dong Joint Stock Company (MDG), bought 1,500 shares on August 28 without disclosing information about her transaction.
