Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment JSC (CII), whose stake representative is Le Quoc Binh, chairman of Lu Gia Mechanical Electric JSC (LGC), bought 1,690,390 shares out of 2,900,734 units registered to buy by July 30. After the share purchase, CII increased its holdings in LGC to 3,759,793 units or 45.39 percent stake from 2,069,403 units or 24.98 percent stake earlier. From August 3 to September 3, CII registered to buy 2,886,000 LGC shares to increase its holdings in LGC to 6,625,793 shares or 79.99 percent stake.

Doan Thi Le, sister of Doan Duc Hong, chairman cum CEO of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation or VNECO (VNE), failed to sell her 26,000 shares by July 23 due to unmatched price. From August 3 to 31, she registered to sell all 26,000 shares for her personal need.

Asia Global Limited, a major shareholder of Tu Liem Urban Development JSC (NTL), failed to buy 2 million shares and to sell 2 million units by July 31 due to unexpected prices. Currently, the company holds 3,670,140 shares or 5.771 percent stake of NTL.

Vietnam Investment Fund, a major shareholder of Minh Phu Seafood Corporation (MPC), bought no shares out of 500,000 units registered to buy and sold 173,400 shares out of 300,000 units registered to sell by July 29 due to unfavorable market condition. After the share trading, Vietnam Investment Fund now holds 4,989,150 shares or 7.13 percent stake compared to 5,162,550 shares or 7.38 percent stake earlier.

Doan Minh Thu, chief supervisor of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment JSC (CII), failed to sell 8,000 shares from May 30 to July 30 for her personal financial need due to her business trip. She now holds 8,850 CII shares.

Tran Van Cuong, head of the BOS of Mien Trung Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company (PXM), sold all his 10,000 shares from July 23 to 26 for personal finance.

Orchid Fund PTE Ltd, a major shareholder of FPT Corporation (FPT), announced that it currently held 29,618,462 FPT shares, accounting for 10.66 percent stake, as it has just received dividends in shares from FPT.

After the share purchase, SSIIMF now holds 15,000 shares or 0.1 percent stake in the company.

Nguyen Thi Trung, wife of Van Duc Tong, deputy CEO of Petro Vietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation or PV Drilling (PVD), sold 3,000 shares out of 10,000 units registered to sell by July 24 for her family affairs. After the share sale, she now holds 23,712 PVD shares.

Nguyen Dinh Minh Triet, son of Nguyen Minh Tam, chairman of Tan Binh Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (TIX), sold 91,170 shares as registered from June 29 to July 29, reducing his holdings to 8 shares.

Nguyen Dinh Trac, vice chairman cum CEO of Duc Long Gia Lai Group JSC (DLG), bought 100,000 shares out of 400,000 units registered to buy by July 27 due to unexpected price movements. After the transaction, he raised his ownership to 342,000 shares from 242,000 units, or 0.687 percent stake earlier.

SSI Investment Member Fund (SSIIMF), whose deputy CEO is Nguyen Thanh Tung, vice chairman of Southern Seed JSC (SSC), bought 25,500 shares out of 200,000 units registered to buy by July 24 due to unmatched prices. After the share purchase, SSIIMF raised its holdings to 35,500 shares from earlier holdings of 10,000 shares or 0.07 percent stake in the company.
