After increasing VND1 million per tael, bullion reduced by VND600,000 a tael on November 10.
The Saigon Jewelry Company (SJC) gold was sold at VND36.5 million a tael and bought at VND36.15 million per tael, a decrease of VND300,000 in for buying and VND600,000 for selling. At the same time, in Hanoi, the benchmark price of the Hanoi-based DOJI group gold bullion was quoted at VND36.2 million a tael and VND36.5 million a tael for bid and ask, respectively.
The benchmark VN Index on the market recovered thanks to strong demand. In the brokerage sector, steel, mineral and property increase leading to VN-Index to soar by nearly 8 points.
