The 11th event held by the municipal Red Cross Association is expected to attract 5,000 participants.
In 2016, the program raised more than VND1.3 billion (US$57,200) to support 2,843 people affected by Agent Orange, including providing 341 wheelchairs for the disabled worth 750 million VND (33,000 USD).
