This event marks an honored achievement for EVNHCMC for their effort to implement the project ‘Improving Human Resources Quality from 2015 – 2020’ in order to meet customers’ demands and boost its competitiveness.
General Director of EVNHCMC Pham Quoc Bao shared that thanks to the human resources training which has happened in the last few years, along with the registration into the ASEAN professional engineer list, the number of certified engineers in his organization increased impressively from 5 in 2017 to 104 in 2019.
In addition, EVNHCMC itself has organized various in-depth training sessions in certain key sub-fields to certify 42 electrical experts.
