Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has approved using the sum of money collected through the national humanitarian portal 1400 in 2018.
Of the amount, VND5 billion will be ued for purchase of warm clothes for kids in disadvantaged communes in the mountainous regions and VND1.3 billion will be for other items for destitute families.
The Ministry of Information and Communications was asked to spread the news for all people to understand the government’s policy for ethnic minority people.
