According to the representative, local administrations and related agencies at all levels have collected more than $14.6 million to build 294 new bridges in rural districts with the length of 9,570 meters which have facilitated residents’ traveling demand and pushing up the province’s socioeconomic growth.
Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Van Nung praised organizations, enterprises and benefactors’ contribution to the program. He said from now to 2020, additional 197 bridges would be built in countryside areas.
To facilitate building bridge, local administrators should enhance mobilization of organizations and enterprises with the aim to make best use of social contribution, said Deputy Chairman Nung.
