Two out of three Vietnamese contestants were named top 10 of the Miss ASEAN Friendship 2017 including Huynh Thi Yen Nhi and To Mai Thuy Duong.
Huynh Thi Yen Nhi finally won the first runner-up and Miss ASEAN Friendship 2017 belonged to Nuttanan Naree from Thailand.
The second runner up went to Penedicta Heda Mercy Charis from Indonesia. The 1st contest is aimed to promote tourism culture in ASEAN countries
