The contest aims to promote the country’s image and Vietnamese people to the world as well as heighten ethical values and humane lifestyle in the community through clips of daily activities in different angles.
It is for two groups including people aged under 18 and over 18. Entrants could be individuals or groups.
Entries are clips of stories depicting daily activities with clear venue, time and short description. Clips can be made with smartphones, cameras or Camera-equipped drones, known as flycams. Entries are eligible to be attached with comments, speeches of story’s content with maximum of 300 words on the name of video, speeches and venue, time.
Entries should be sent to videonetdepcuosong@gmail.com or to Sai Gon Giai Phong newspaper at 432 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Districts 3 from December 13, 2017 to March 30, 2018.
VND5 million and Canon EOS M10 cameras are planned for the two first prizes; VND3 million and Ixus 190 for two second prizes while VND2 million and Canon G10000 printing machines will be presented to four third prizes.
People grasping six encouragement prizes will receive VND1 million and CanoniP2770 printing machines. Additionally, the organizer will give six other monthly prizes worth VND500,000 and CanoniP2870 printing machines.
