At the ceremony, member of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, Secretary and Governor of Savannakhet province Santiphap Phomvihan presented the First- class Labor Medal to Quang Tri Province with its achievements as well as contributions in infrastructure development and training human resources for the location.
On the occasion, the Laotian leader respectively offered the second class freedom Medal for Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, the Provincial Secretary of Party Committee cum Chairman of the People’s Council of Quang Tri; presented the Third class Freedom Medal and the Friendly Medal for five leaders of Quang Tri with their contributions in Savannakhet’s growth during the past time.
