The program aims to teach traffic regulation for third, fourth and fifth graders in primary school in district 11, 12, Go Vap, Binh Thanh , Tan Binh, Tan Phu, Thu Duc, Binh Tan and Binh Chanh.
As per the plan, schoolers will be taught one lesson one week. The lesson will be added in extra-activities or at home.
Schools receive 50 new books or teacher can re-utilize teaching equipment in the program last year.
