The Ministry of Public Security yesterday sent a document to related agencies, saying that it would not receive guests and flower bunches on the Traditional Day of the People's Police Force on August 19 at its headquarters.
To mark the day and 10th year celebration of the people taking part in the country's security protection , the Ministry planed to organize many activities including a ceremony in My Dinh Stadium in Hanoi on August 18.
