Ha Tinh Border Guards in coordination with Lao’s Borikhamxay police officers and Ministry and Investigation Directorate under Security Ministry of Laos have arrested "Thao Bua Kham Phi La Vong", 50 years old, Laotian nationality who transported six AK guns into border region between Vietnam and Laos.
He arranged the weapons to carry into operation having bandits.
The case will be continued investigating by Ha Tinh Border Guards and Lao’s Borikhamxay police officers to find out the relevant members.
