The event, which enthralled the Vietnamese audience, was co-organised by the Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Information and the Vietnamese Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as part of the 2013 Kazakhstan Cultural Days in Vietnam.

Speaking at the event, Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Khanh Hai said that the cultural programme provided clear evidence that the two countries are dedicated to strengthening their co-operation, partly through the exchange of culture.

“Performances such as this introduce Vietnamese people to beautiful and peaceful Kazakhstan , which has its own unique cultural identity,” declared Hai.

Kazakh Deputy Minister of Culture and Information Buribayev Askar expressed hope that the 18 planned performances will develop cultural understanding between the countries and stressed that the partners are constantly developing their cooperation in all fields, especially in politics, economics and culture.
