The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City this morning June 29 said the city sent letter sharing difficulties to people in the affected areas in the northern mountainous region and decided to support VND 2 billion to flood effected localities of Lai Chau (VND 1 billion), Ha Giang (VND 500million) and Thai Nguyen (VND 500million).
The city delegation will visit and present gifts to people in flood-hit areas in Lai Chau, said the committee.
