The city will enhance selection of staffs who have good professional ability and dedication to the city’s long-term growth to foster them aiming to supplement high quality staffs for all state organizations.
One of criteria of the plan is to recruit top-quality employees for the period 2018-2020 through the master and PhD training program. The training program aims 14 Ph.Ds and 184 masters.
Moreover, 50 good workers will be trained to become managers and leaders in sectors.
Consequently, the training program needs to revamp. Specifically, the city will adjust three training courses to suit with reality and learners’ ability.
The plan also includes recruitment and management with employment position project and implementation of the pilot project of civil service recruitment examinations in all state organizations and unions to make a breakthrough in employ and promote young staffs.
Alongside with this, assessment of staffs in public companies and organization will be used as a basis for salary increase in 2018 and next years.
