The second one is incubation center administration and event organization to aid innovative startup ecosystems (Connect) in order to closely link members of those ecosystems via cooperative activities, market connections, product promotion campaigns, experience sharing sessions.
The third is the incubation activity for potential startup projects (Incubate) through searching, selecting, training, and supporting activities to successfully develop new products and establish a strong business model.
The last program is the boost for innovative startup projects (Speedup) to support those which possess a potential significant growth in the market approach and product perfecting processes.
Simultaneously, the HCMC Department of Science and Technology is also welcoming all helping projects aiming at innovative startup activities in 2019.
