HCMC, Cambodia’s localities tighten friendship, mutual cooperation

The three-day working trip of the Ho Chi Minh City high-ranking delegation in Cambodia from December 16 to 18 achieved good results, contributing to promoting the traditional friendship relations between the two countries.
