Party General Secretary To Lam, together with leaders of the Party and State and delegates to the 14th National Party Congress, attended the preparatory session at the National Convention Center in Hanoi this morning.

Earlier, the delegation paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and offered incense at the Martyrs' Monument before proceeding to the session.
