Vietnam signed two agreements to gain US$244.42 million foreign loans in November, taking the total number to 34 agreements and $5.13 billion of loans for the last 11 months, reported the Ministry of Finance.
Disbursement reached $162.4 million in November and $3.07 billion within 11 months accounting for 66 percent of this year plan to disburse $4.7 billion.
The country paid $50.4 million foreign debt in November and $1.46 billion in 11 months.
