By June 30, 2019, the secretariat of the committee received 137 innovative projects and solutions in science-technology from 44 ministries and agencies.
Among them 118 projects are selected for meeting standards and the regulations of Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation 2019.
Vide Chairman of the Committee Nghiem Vu Khai said that the book would comprise of scientific and technological innovation works which won the prizes of the contests organized by some ministries, departments, and organizations from January 1, 2017 to June 30, 2019, excluding projects and solutions released in the Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation 2017 and 2018.
This year book included outstanding projects such as technological applications in making freshwater pearls by crossbreeding cell, plastic concrete research on anti- rutting asphalt concrete in the central city of Da Nang or solutions for waste treatment and utilization technology and environmental quality analysis.
The Vietnam Golden Book of Innovation aims to encourage innovation and scientific-technological application among the public, affirming local and abroad Vietnamese people’s creative ability in the fourth industrial revolution; thus, it will inspire people’s contribution to the country’s building and protection.
