Best selling string quartet, BOND to perform in Hanoi

The Australian/British string quartet, BOND will perform in the 2016 Lexus Music Night at My Dinh National Convention Center in Hanoi on March 25.

The quartet currently consists of Tania Davis (first violin, formerly viola, from Sydney, Australia); Eos Counsell (second violin, from Cardiff, Wales) ; Elspeth Hanson (viola, from Upper Basildon, England); and Gay-Yee Westerhoff (cello, from Hull, England).

The group specializes in classical crossover and synthpop music & has been described as the best-selling string quartet of all time with over 4 million records sold.

BOND has achieved a staggering 56 platinum and 15 gold discs, including in the UK, USA, Australia, Italy, Sweden,Singapore, Switzerland, Austria, Norway and more. It has ever performed at interntaional events, such as the FA Cup, the Champions League, the Football World Cup, Olympics and others.

The concert in Vietnam has the participation of well-known Vietnamese vocalists Thanh Lam, My Linh, Pham Thu Ha and Phuc Tiep accompanied by the Maius Philharmonic Orchestra of the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
