Director of the department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hau Giang province Mr. Nguyen Van Dong said, the province has just started construction of the first phase of Hau Giang agricultural seed center.

The center is located in Vi Thang commune of Vi Thuy district and invested total investment capital of VND 43 billion, aiming to raise cultivation quality and meet provincial farmers' seed demand.
The agricultural seed center is scheduled to be finished by 2017.
