The Southern tourism corridor is an important transport route of the Greater Mekong Sub-region- GMS. Besides that, it is one of the 11 major tourism routes of the sub-region.
Since 2015, four countries with 13 provinces in the Southern tourism corridor have made efforts to cooperate and develop products, promote advertisement and support each other to improve their capacity, form the high quality cross-border tourism route and bring attractive experiences.
Through the meeting, the representatives also discussed about the cooperation among the countries, local travel agencies and businesses in 2020 and in the next coming years.
