Around 326 outstanding delegates and young people from ten countries of ASEAN and Japan have participated in the journey.
The journey's goal is to not only further tighten the friendship and solidarity cooperation ties, promote mutual understanding between the member countries but also create opportunity for the young delegates to experience cultural exchange activities in Ho Chi Minh City.
The ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program has been considered as an annual cultural exchange program since 1974.
