The State Securities Commission recently fined Dong Thap Trading Corporation (FDG) and Toan Cau Securities Company for submitting financial statements late.
Accordingly, FDG was fined VND70 million for submitting late financial statements for last quarter of 2012, audited financial statement for 2012, financial statement for second quarter of 2013, review half-year financial statement, and some resolutions of shareholders’ meetings.
Toan Cau Securities Company was fined VND50 million for the same violations.
Thus, the Securities Commission fined 11 institutions and three individuals total penalty of VND790 million in November.
