On May 12, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung held a meeting with officials of the Vietnamese embassy and the Vietnamese community in Moscow, while on an official visit to Russia at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister DA Medvedev at the new Hanoi-Moscow Hotel.

PM Dung informed the Vietnamese community that they were an inseparable part of the nation. Both his Party and the country will always take care of the Vietnamese community at large. He also hoped that the Vietnamese community in Russia would foster and promote the traditions and cultural identity of Vietnam in Russia.
PM Nguyen Tan Dung said that he is excited being in the new Hanoi- Moscow Hotel which serves as a cultural center and represents the traditional friendly relations between Vietnam and Russia.

He affirmed that the Vietnam State and Government would always create favorable conditions and support investors to finish the cultural center on time so as to help the Vietnamese community in Russia.
On this occasion, BIDV Bank and Hanoi-Moscow Trade Centre Investment Joint Stock Company (Incentra) signed an agreement to buy apartments, kiosks at a cost of US$100 million.
