At the reception, President Tran Dai Quang affirmed that Vietnam always respects and desires to boost comprehensive cooperation with Mexico.
The President suggested both sides should strengthen implementation of frequent activities of Joint Commission on economy, commerce and investment cooperation as soon as possible to unify bilateral cooperation, perfect legal framework via negotiation, signing cooperative instrument; and encourage as well as create favorable business condition for the two countries’ investors.
Mr. Carlos Salinas de Gortari expressed his belief for good relationship between Vietnam and Mexico affirming that Mexico would always be the best friend of Vietnam.
