To access or send information to the Smart City Phu Quoc, citizens need to install an application onto their smart devices. They can do this via visiting AppStore (for iOS operation system) or Google Play (for Android operation system) and enter the keyword ‘SafeCity’.
Another method is to directly call the number 1900 1011 to deliver needed information. This phone-line works around the clock.
After the first phase of the project to develop a smart city model on the island district, necessary facilities such as public Wi-Fi networks, surveillance camera systems, environment monitoring devices, the e-government, online registration for temporary residence, smart tourism, have been finished.
