The project covering on an area of more than two hectares located in Thu Duc City’s Thanh My Loi Ward is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2024.
It is part of the city’s the construction project of one million houses for low-income people that will be carried out in this year, said the Department of Construction of HCMC.
The Management Board of Saigon Hi-Tech Park has also planned to start the house-building project covering on an area of over 20 hectares for experts and workers of the park in Thu Duc City’s Long Thanh My Ward.
