Investments in seaports will continue with priority to develop the Lach Huyen International Port in Hai Phong and the Cai Mep-Thi Vai International Port in Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.
Gov’t will mobilise capital from various sources to implement the Long Thanh International Airport project. It will also implement measures to reduce the ever increasing traffic congestion.
Under the development plan, social houses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and other urban areas across the country will also be built.
Investments will be made to develop e-books and online distance education and bring about a radical change in learning and training methods.
