This is a program jointly held by the city’s Department of Education and Training and the Committee for Traffic Safety.
In a bid to raise people’s awareness of helmet-wearing regulation in driving motorbikes and electric bikes, all first graders in schools in HCMC will be given standard helmet.
As per, heads of related agencies will offer helmets to first graders in the opening ceremony of the new school year.
District authorizes will remind and handle violations of compulsory helmet wearing regulation in September, 2018.
