The new services brings total online services to 168 over 178 administration services accounting for 94 percent. So far, the online service of the customs sector has received 81,500 documents of 12,500 organizations and individuals through its website.
In 2018, the customs plans to upgrade its online system to increase facilitation for customers and taxpayers. Additionally, the website will provide more information to assist firms in searching tax form, document code, consultation and support law.
