The delegation visited and congratulated Labor Hero, People's Teacher, and Assoc. Prof.- Dr. Ly Hoa, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Universities - Colleges - Professional Intermediate Schools, former Rector of the General University. During his work, Assoc.
