After the share purchase, IEV Group Sdn. Bhd. expects to raise its holdings to 1,103,350 shares or 4.75 percent stake from current holdings of 913,350 shares or 4.28 percent stake.

The new shares are rounded down to units and odd shares will be distributed to other investors at a price not less than VND10,000 per share.
