Voluntary students participate in wildlife protection activities

40 students in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City arrived in the wildlife rescue station Hon Me in the Mekong delta province of Kien Giang on Friday to join in activities of the Summer Move program 2015.

40 students in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City arrived in the wildlife rescue station Hon Me in the Mekong delta province of Kien Giang on Friday to join in activities of the Summer Move program 2015.

The students are winners of the clip-composing competitions launched by Wildlife At Risk (WAR) that aims at calling for young people's participation in wildlife protection.

The program was jointly-organized by WAR and Douc Langur Foundation (DLF).

The students toured to Hon Me Wildlife Rescue Station and attended a training course on skills for convincing people together to protect wildlife, jungle trekking skills, ways to take a photo of an animal in jungle, and related-wildlife protection activities.

They also fed animal in the station, painted the cage and posted noticeboard.
