The zigzagging destiny of Military Zone 7 (MZ7) still remained its affect on MZ7. One loss in third round, one win later in fourth round and now, MZ7 suffered another loss in the fifth round to T&T Ha Noi (THN).

Vinakansai Ninh Binh (VNB) reached the top ranking on the fifth round thanks to another consecutive 1-0 victory. The replacement did a good performance in the match against Military Zone 4(MZ4) and at the 77th VNB’s Van Hung swiftly fire a perfect shot to MZ4’s goal bringing the sole score to VNB.
Huda Hue finished its high jump to ranking #5, up 6 levels after a 2-0 victory over Military Zone 5. Striker Flavio and replacement Ngoc Hai were the owners of the two scores made at the 45th minute and 90th minute, respectively.
Giay Thanh Cong (GTC) Tay Ninh (GTN) had to leave back to the last position of the ranking since it was failed at defeating An Do An Giang (ADAG) on Long Xuyen field. ADAG’s Cong Danh did a perfect performance to break through the defense line of GTN before firing a successful shot at the 79th minute.
Currently, VNB takes lead of the Anpha Petrol Cup 2008 Ranking while previous leader DTC had to step down to second position.
