While ping-pong players from nearby countries like Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia have participated in many Asian competitions this year, Vietnam have competed in the national championships only.

As a result, the ranking of Doan Kien Quoc and Tran Tuan Quynh, Viet Nam’s top two players, has dropped this month on the Table Tennis World Listing.
Nguyen Hai Nam remains in the number 323 spot with 10,973 points, Kien Quoc fell from 240th to 242nd with 11,115 points and Tuan Quynh is tied for the 263th position with 11,084 points.
In the women division, Vu Thi Ha fell from 447th to 449th while Luong Thi Tam wound up 432nd. Viet Nam’s national champion Mai Hoang My Trang dropped 6 places to 682.
