The seminar was held yesterday by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. According to the Ministry, library system has developed nationwide yet its role is still limited.
Nowadays, the challenges of developing reading culture do stand out and these include the following visual culture and rushing development of present various forms of entertainment in the technological evolvement.
Accordingly, library will lag behind other facilities in the world without digitalization and revamping.
