Within the activities to commemorate 100th anniversary of the historic day President Ho Chi Minh went abroad to seek pathways for national salvation, a seminar entitled “ President Ho Chi Minh and the road to seek ways for national salvation “ was held in Hochiminh ctiy on May, 31st.

The semima was organized by Hochiminh city Party Committee, in cooperation with the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee Commission for Propaganda and Education, Hochiminh Institute of National Polio-Administration and the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism.
Nearly 140 speeches of Party and State leaders, military officers , religion leaders , oversea Vietnamese and scientists have confirmed the enormous historic significance of the day President Ho Chi Minh went abroad to find ways for national salvation. That outlined a correct choice for national liberation against the background of a crisis of revolutionary lines at the beginning of the 20th century.
In his speech, former Party General Secretary Le Kha Phieu called for the Party use Marxism-Leninism and late President Ho Chi Minh’s Thoughts as a guideline for its activities and prioritize Party member and cadre training.
Addressing a seminar on the theme in Hochiminh city on May 31, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung said the day Uncle Ho left the country was the start of

Delivering his speech, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party’s Committee Le Thanh Hai pledged that the municipal authorities and people would exert their best to build a strong and developing city in all fields to be worthy of bearing Uncle Ho’s name.
