Capital will be raised from investors’ equity and mobilized sources. They will be implemented in the phase of 2017-2018 with capital withdrawal mechanism basing on BOT contracts.
The three projects aim to reduce traffic jam, improve traffic in the stations’ area, save energy and reduce pollution as vehicles will no longer have to wait to go through the stations.
They will also increase exploitation quality of Vo Chi Cong, Hanoi Highway and National Highway 1A as well as speed up non cash payment method to suit smart traffic development direction.
