Representatives from the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee brought relief aid to flood victims in the central province of Binh Dinh on November 7.

The delegation handed out VND2 billion (US$100,000) and 4 tons of essential goods.
About 100 relief packages, with VND500,000 and instant noodle each, were presented to people in Tuy Phuoc District’s Phuoc Thang commune.
Representatives of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper, Khanh Hoa Newspaper, the Sai Gon Charity Doctor Club and CPT surgery thread company joined hands with each other to give gifts, medicine and medical treatment to over 1,500 people in Cam Ranh Town’s Cam Phuoc ward, the flood-hit province of Khanh Hoa on the same day.
Saigon Giai Phong also handed over VND60 million and 167 boxes of instant noodle to storm-hit families in Cam Phuoc Dong commune.
