Total cost of the facilities is approximately VND1,600 billion ($68.8 million); of which VND1,400 billion is taken from the central state budget and the remaining is from the province’s budget.
The 57,000 square meter facility comprising of nine floors and a basement will have 700 beds. It is expected to be operated in 2020.
