Vietnamese labor export companies who want to take workers to Taiwan must get licenses from Taiwanese authorities under a pilot program from June 15 to December this year, announced the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs.
According to the announcement, businesses meeting labor export requirements can contact the Department of Overseas Labor to get letters of recommendation, which they will use for getting licenses from Taiwan to implement their service.
A company is just permitted to supply Taiwan with a maximum of 100 home nurses and 50 crew members of fishing boats, and sign labor contracts with five Taiwanese employment service companies.
