The State Bank of Vietnam on October 4 mobilized banks and staffs to donate VND50 billion for residents and soldiers on Truong Sa Islands (Spratly Islands).
The money collected will be used to build cultural buildings as well as essential buildings to improve infrastructure at some places on Truong Sa Islands to meet daily living needs of residents and soldiers on Truong Sa Islands.
The program will run until October 15, 2013
