The strongest wind speed near the center was from 60 to 90 from per hour.
The center said in the next 12 hours, storm will move toward west with 20 to 25km per hour. Tonight, the coastal provinces of Thai Binh to Quang Binh will be affected directly by strong winds at level 8. However, storm will weaken into a tropical low-pressure after making landfall on coastal areas.
At 4am July 19, tropical low-pressure will center at 18.9 degrees north latitude, 104.0 degrees east longitude with the strongest wind speed near the system at 40 to 50km per hour.
In the next 12 to 24 hours, tropical low-pressure will continue moving toward west at 20 to 25 km per hour then weaken into a low-pressure system.
Tonight, the provinces of Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An and Ha Tinh, Quang Binh experience strong winds.
